i havent been online for a while cause im recarpetting my house three rooms... livingroom and 2 bedrooms...and painting.. and replacing furniture...its a real mess here... the earthquake in napa was a wake up call... we didnt feel it here cause napa is about 100 miles away...the ones that did feel it.. were pretty scared.. but i slept right through it.....
i been dealing with some pretty strong craves lately...guess its cause i been working myself a little too hard.. its only me and my son doing it ....and i want to get it done as soon as i can...so far the hardest thing is the heavy lifting boy carpet can be heavy... ....
its getting where i dont even think about smoking until i smell it...then its like an instant trigger...my son that lives here with me doesnt smoke so im not around smoke very much... but my other son does and when he comes around its like trigger here and trigger there i have to keep vigilant all the timew... one time it even crossed my mind to take one of his cigarettes from his pack he left on the counter... whew close one.....i had to remiond myself im almost a year quit now and i definitely do not want to start over...
i want to remind you that i smoked 43 years... so a year is just a drop in the bucket.. but if i can so it so can you... stay clean myfriends
