Today was a huge stepping stone for me. It has been 3 weeks 21 days since I quit no cheats along the way...that alone is huge!! Today my husband and I went hiking ,medium type trail ,flats,slopes and HILLS!!! 3 weeks ago I would never attempt it. I would have looked for the easy way out. Today I did it, oh I was breathing pretty hard, but I made it to the top. I feel good.
