Good morning my dear family. i truly missed chatting with you during the day but until my new data useage comes around I have to watch it. I didn't realize the iphone used so much internet useage. anways I turned it in yesterday and got my old phone connected back up. My family is more important to me than any iphone.
I cannot believe I made it through yesterday. I think I had the worst craving that I have had since I stopped smoking. I went for my physical and everything went well except the nurse smoked. The smell was so strong that I started to have urges and that lasted until I went to bed last night. My appointment was at 10am so that was a long time for an urge to last. I did not give in but gosh gee it was hard. Here I am thinking, how can a nurse be smoking? No one is exempt from becoming an addict. The doctor's office is a 45 minute drive from home and I tell you at every red light I stopped at there was someone smoking next to me and I am like gosh what is going on? I am really being tested.
By the time I got home I was exhausted from fighting the urges. Does that so crazy? I just stretched out and enjoyed watching tv with cookie.
Had a dream last night that I found a carton of cigarettes in my bath room cabinet and then I woke up. Gee the urges are getting into my sleep time now.
