I have been going days (weeks) still smoking, yet going to bed every night thinking that I'm going to wake up and quit, and then I smoke the next day and feel bad about myself. I haven't been coming here either. So, I'm back and I've reset my quit date for 2 weeks from now. I am going to track my ciggarettes again-I haven't done that in a long while. I need some success.
