Hello Friends - I haven't blogged in several days - guess I've really got nothing to cry about - lol.

I learned this morning that my boss failed his stress test yesterday and he will either be having a stint or by-pass surgery on Friday.  He has a strong family history of heart problems.  This will be his second heart surgery and he is only 59 years old.  He is an ex-smoker (quit 10 years ago), exercises regularly, and eats right.

I suppose this news has me a little stressed - not very sure of job security if anything happens to him but besides that I care for him (not in an inappropriate way).  Even though I am doing really well in my quit, I have had more cravings today than I have had in awhile.  I know that it will pass, just wanted to talk about it a bit.

Hope that you all are doing well in your quits - have a wonderful, smoke-free evening!

I am a 65 year old single woman. I quit smoking at 55 and my only regret is that I did not quit sooner. Freedom from cigarettes is truly a wonderful feeling!
