224 days later and I'm still smoke free. My grand daughter mentioned to me earlier this week told me that I stress to much so comes the the words from babe's.  Then one of my head shrinks at the VA informed me that I seemed much calmer when I was smoking even though she told me that she knows it's bad for me to be smoking. I'm sorry that it has been a very long time since I have posted and I really do appreciate everybody checking with me to see how I'm doing. That means te world to me. Now I need to lay down because my back is just killing me. I will try to post some more tomorrow morninng.
