I'm about to compile all of this stuff into a single email, and send it to every smoker I know in the hopes that all things together will not only motivate them to a better mind set, it will assist them in making the decision, and give them plenty of resources and distractions to help them be successful.

We've got a book helps develop a great mind set to have during the quitting process. (It's great!)
We've got a 10 step programs that while a bit (donate here) annoying, can be something for one to focus on rather than withdrawal symptoms, and once you get passed the "donate and I'll do this for you" it's pretty decent.
We've got this site EX with a great support system, people active and ready to assist one another at the drop of a dime, and many many great tips and such on the site.
Any other stuff you ladies and gentleman suggest I add into this? I want this to be as comprehensive an email as possible that's got EVERYTHING a person needs or can use to help quit smoking. I wish someone had put all of this together years ago and sent it to me.
