I love smoking cigarettes. Or at least that's what I used to think. The reality is: it was all a lie. I was duped for all of those years. It wasn't until I found the EX site and all the invaluable resources recommended here to educate myself about quitting smoking, that I looked at quitting smoking in a new way.
Do I still have thoughts about smoking? Yes. But will I ever smoke again? NOPE. Am I happier as a non-smoker? Oh hell yeah!!!
