Well, I finally thought I was ready to give up NRT (lozenges and gum) after about 6 years. Today is my third day and the weird thing is that it gets WORSE not better. Think this is what people who give up smoking "cold turkey" must go through. Strongly tempted to go out and buy a small box of gum and try another time. I really can't take this.
