QUIT! 2.5 Years and counting!!

It is amazing. Incredible. And NOT EASY. but possible. I did this for me, no one else, and that has made a difference in my success. This is my longest quit ever, and will be because I find tobacco very offensive these days.

After drinking, I might want a whiff of smoke, but I remember how hard it was to stop, and what my mouth would taste like if I had just one drag...not going back.

My sense of smell has sharpened, my taste buds are more alive than I can remember.

I can stay at the party, instead of huddling outside to have my nic fix. Going strong and loving life.

I'm 51 and smoked my first cig at 14. I quit in 1982, right before I got pregnant. Stayed quit until he was a year old. 

NEVER going back. - Now, to join Weight Watchers!!! HA HA HA
