Almost...lol. This is for the newbies. there are a few rules that you should live by...so listen up!

1 if you want to quit make sure its for you and not because everyone tells you to. or that you should. because if its not you will fail.

2 be honest with yourself. quit lying and saying well i need just one more week cuz i am stressed right now...guess what every day will bring some level or another of stress to your life and that smoke never has helped you with it before..it isnt going to help you now.

3 no more excuses...i have herd and read on here and other places about how they are always around smoke and all these smokers they live with. we guess what ...so what! my husband smokes 2 packs a day and now i dont. was it harder..yep but i cant stand hearing it cant be done..because it can!

4 if you relaps stop being so damn embarassed and come back if your serious! no one here bites...heck they have all been super to me...couldnt have done it with out them!

5 give yourself time! this is a different ride for everyone. i kept asking fresh in my quit when i was going to feel better. the answer is  ???? . for me i started feeling great after my first month...and i feel friggin wonderful now at 99 days. but for you it maybe that you feel great at 10 days or maybe not untill day 67...but the fact is, you will feel it...it just takes time!

6 N.O.P.E not one puff ever! PROTECT that quit with your LIFE!

7. READ EVERYTHING!!! everything the wonderful people give you on here...read it! thats it just read!

8 REACH OUT! everyone is here for the same reasons...to quit smoking and to give/get support so please dont be afraid! reach out add friends talk to everyone!

9 Educate yourself. everyday look something up on the net, the library, ask friends, what ever but find something out everyday about smoking and the things that make it bad....or why quitting is sooooo good for you. find out the way your body will change from one day to the next! you will be glad you did!

10 COME BACK! dont come here once or twice a month. no one see's me 90% of the time...but i am here every stinkin day keeping tabs...reading blogs..i may only have 5 minutes one day but i spend it here to remind myself of my accomplishment and of the love that i got from this place. so make sure you spend that 5 minutes here too. this place helps so much!!!

Now for my friends....I am almost 100!!!!! how friggin cool! and i have you to thank for it! if it wasnt for you guys....you know who you are....i wouldnt have been able to do this. you helped me threw so much more then you know..and still do! and i am sorry you guys dont "see" me on here more. i am just so thrilled with my new found freedom that i am always trying to find something new to do or see! so thanks for still posting on my message bored and for sending me messages...i do read them and still love getting them:) and i love you all so much i just want you to all know how special you guys are to me!
