Today i celebrate 2 years smoke free !!! Only because i made a CHOICE....A CHOICE TO QUIT SMOKING ....or my heath would not get better ....My choice was easy said than done .(quit smoking) To quit smoking can be done ,with prayer and faith ..here i"m at 2 years.I found this site and oh my !!This is where i got all my help,encourgement,the best blogs to read and listen to what every one had to say about journey to quit smokeing...I took advice.crave,had urge to smoke,but my decision to quit was the most inportant part of my life...All things are possible, wthis EX SITE ...You have to blog ask question,call on your friends or find you a quit buddy there is good help right here ...YOU CAN QUIT AND STAY SMOKE FREE !!!
