I am so glad my mind is thinking right again...I have my moments, but get through them one at a time..

Took a FANTASTIC 30 minute walk this morning..(snow finally melted)..and it looks like I'll get to walk again tomorrow....nothing else due weather wise until Monday......

 I do enjoy my walks so very much..and smile when I take a deep breath (couldn't do this 3 months ago)

To everyone thats "having a moment" hang in there...it gets better.....

Take a 10-30 minute walk every day. And while you walk, smile. It is the ultimate anti-depressant.!!!!!!!
