I had to go into the hospital on Wednesday, June 10. I was there for 5 days. No smoking in the hospital, so my June 14 quit date became June 10. It is so very hard at times, and normally hard at other times. I'm chewing regular and nicotine gum. I've heard you have to replace a habit with a habit. Gum is a habit I can live with. When it gets real hard, I use a straw also. Any hints friends?
