Hello everyone...
As someone who has recently quit smoking, I'm finding that the urges are sometimes REALLY hard to get through. I've heard from some that they stop... breath deep... and then the urge finally subsides. I've heard from others that the talk or chat with someone for support. I am just wondering how any of you have successfully "managed" through those really though ones... I'm just asking so that may learn and use what you did to get through them and then can help me as well.
I'm not sure if this "topic" is posted somewhere else on a blog and/or group, but I haven't seen it... Thank you for your feedback.
