Hi there!

I trust you are all being strong and staying away from the cigarettes... Just One puff is One puff Too Many! I'm on Day 4 and still going strong... tomorrow will be day 5 and...

MY BOYFRIEND GETS BACK FROM GERMANY AFTER 3 WEEKS!

I'm so excited. In the back of my mind, I did think that there were things that I wanted to change during the three weeks that he was gone... you know, the usual - I want to lose x kgs, maybe do my nails and hair etc. (I've never had my nails done, I'm a tomboy - I did Industrial Arts at school instead of home economics)

Instead, I have given up the one thing that he wanted me to give up most of all... he never pressured me and was never unkind about it. No material or physical changes, but one massive lifestyle change - the effects of which are still unfolding.

I apologise in advance, I am going to neglect all my new friends here - I hope you all understand. I will get online to make sure everyone is okay from time to time, but I'm not committing to anything.

Well...
... I am committing to one thing....

NEVER TAKING ANOTHER PUFF EVER AGAIN! 🙂

Question: Doesn't it feel awesome when you don't have the achey feelings that go along with the cravings? I still feel a little weird mentally, but wow - no stomach pains or headaches or anything.
