OK, I think we are all pretty much lost as we try to figure this new place out, rebuild our pages, find our friends, and so on and so forth. I'm concerned that we keep providing help to people who need it, even though we may be having trouble posting blogs or responding quickly.

Note that both of these sites are aimed at cold turkey quitting, although they have information of value to everyone.
