Hi everyone,

    Happy Wednesday!!!!!!  It's hump day already!!!  Thanks for all the concern about my sprained ankle.  It looks like the swelling has gone down more.  

    Isn't relearning life without nicotine great?  I never imagined it could be so good.  There's not one good reason to smoke.  The reasons to quit are all but endless.
