Day 35 = woohoo and shamalamadingdong! I'm still smoke free!
My year's goal to complete couch to 5k program and run in a 5k by end of year...I'm pysched about it.
I know I'm in NML so I have to beware and be aware 🙂
I had smoker over to visit yesterday. He has COPD. He did not look well. 😞 reinforced my quit.
It is sad to read about folks slipping. If the elders have done it...we can do it! So, please come on back. You can do it!
