Everyone has moments of weakness. Everyone at some point in their day THINKS about smoking. The difference is, after a while you don't ACT on it. Thinking and actually doing are two different things. Just the other day I had a THOUGHT about smoking. I did not even consider actually smoking, but the thoughts do come up from time to time. The key is, do not panic, think it through, and dismiss the thought.

I quit smoking on March 26th, 2009. I smoked a pack a day for 25 years. I quit because I began having health issues in my early 40's. I had a TIA and a stroke a few years ago. I work as a home delivery salesperson.
