I have been using a cinnamon stick today in replace of the vape. It’s been a good substitute so far.
Anyone else try this?

Great idea. You get a strong flavor kick from the cinnamon. I can see where it would work. I noticed when I quit, I needed BOLD flavors in the beginning. I didn't use cinnamon sticks, but I imagine others have.
I’m enjoying that it moves air like a straw but is not plastic.
It won't harm your lungs. It won't slowly kill you. No more self harm! Good for you for finding what works. Someone else reading this will be helped by your suggestion. You stay strong and keep up the good choices.
