Let's Get Moving Challenge - EX Community. Any activity counts, as long as you get off your butt and get your heart pumping. Who knows, maybe we'll lose a little weight or a couple of inches in the meantime. I hope placing it in discussions this time will work better than a blog post where there were so many entries and becomes harder to locate. Let's see if we can keep it on the board often and easy to find.
I believe we got sidetracked when I suggested doing other challenges and those challenges were not conducive to everyone. My fault. Lesson learned. So I am hoping we can get back to doing what "you" do instead of a specific routine. Got it?. In the previous post, there were a lot of comments to go through to come up with this list of who participated. Hopefully, it will catch on again. Of course, sometimes we got off topic which can happen. This post really kept me motivated and we had a lot of fun while learning a lot from each other with over 2519 comments on the first blog and 1072 Let's Get Moving 2018 - EX Community on second blog comments. Thanks for this idea JACKIE1-25-15........great timing as the weather will be getting cooler and I always exercise less outside when it gets cold.

For today----I did my usual two mile walk ......no running today.....wasn't feeling it----MONDAY : ( and I also did 1/2 hour exercising with small hand weights.
I've got to step it up so I am waiting to hear what Jackie's routine is so I can TRY to keep up! (never happening!)
Thanks for coming. I am rather active in springtime and summer. The temperature was low 80's today. I thought I was going to EXercise but the gym was closed for maintenance. It took me a while to get my first challenge done. Of course, we will pump it up. Whoo Hoo Let's Get Moving.
Don't worry you are WAY ahead of me. I was checking you on in those short shorts at the reunions. lol You look good. I have to catch up with you.

I get an F for today. Only managed to get some vacuuming and laundry and bed making done. Plus three times all my sets of finger exercises - one more to go before bed (still doing OT) for dislocated pinkie. Tomorrow is another day, Scarlett. And sometimes we "get to" rather than "have to."
And PS - I don't beat myself up for getting an F. It just makes me want to get a D or better tomorrow! lol

Got 1/3rd of the lawn mowed. (it is so nice to have a lawn again) Did free weights for arm exercise and did ankle and calf stretches. That's about it.
