I can relate to Sandra with health issues. I have some of the same ones that she has metioned and then some. to much to really even list now. I quit drinking sodas when i quit smoking because it was a trigger. Then about 2 months or so ago I started again, but tried to limit them. Now I have cut them out again and I drink water, sometimes I add crystal light packs to it. I am limited to my exercising to because of my health problems. I have been reaserching stuff for me to try out slowly and safely. Pilates, some stretching stuff. I use to be obssesed with exercise,and I would starve myself to loose weight aswell when I was a teen, so I know that I did alot of this to myself. Smoking also kept me from eating but I still gained weight. It wasn't until I started reading about how to quit smoking without gaining weight. I was going to start an aerobics dance class at my kids school but started having some more health issues so had to postpone them until Dr.says ok. I can do some stretches and pilates for now and some light weights. changing the eating habits helps to more salads!
