Not sure how to post this, but I discovered something today. I found myself actively looking for an excuse to have just one cigarette. My first reaction was that this a stupid way to think, and that if I kept looking for an excuse I would certainly find one. I am thankful that I recognized what I was doing, and renewed my pledge of not smoking today.
Those are powerful moments and I think they are necessary and when we go through them, it makes us wiser and gives us more confidence. Stay strong.

@drbeckering What you're experiencing is normal. You're early in your quit so the internal battle between nicotine addiction and becoming an Ex is a struggle right now. I'm so glad you won the battle today. There will be ups and downs on this journey for now, but in the end, you'll be a success.
