What are alternatives to chewing gum?

Just wondering if there are any other alternatives for like chewing gum. My jaw is sore. I do have Werther's and Lifesavers but to be honest it's getting old.

I'm very familiar with organic. Me and my fiancee are like 70-30. Organic eating every since she was diagnosed with breast cancer.  Been like 2+yrs now. Organic gum or candy ok? Or did you try something else?
