Give and get support around quitting
In these times of isolation in the midst of Covid-19, we look for things to detract us from the strain and worry for ourselves and our loved ones.
Also, distraction is a great tool to use to combat cravings when quitting smoking.
So when I started getting daily trivia posts in my emails from triviagenius.com, I decided to share them with you guys!

Yes YoungAtHeart and sweetplt, it was Muhammad Ali who lit the torch in the 1996 Atlanta Olympics
Due to the busyness of the holidays, I will not post the next Trivia Tuesday until January 5th.
In the meantime, I will ponder ways to hopefuly increase interest in this weekly event.
