    Happy Sunday!!  How’s the weekend going?  Soon it will be time for church.  Today I light the candles and read the scripture.  I have been getting use to my new iPhone.  It’s something.

    How is your quit going?  It’s been pretty smooth sailing here!!  My mind and body have gotten use to not smoking!!  Namaste

The CT lung scan results were good.  All I have to do is go back in a year for another one.  Have a good afternoon and evening.
