What medication is the best for people with adhd

I take 30mg of adderall twice a day, im wondering whats the best medicine to overcome my nicotine addiction and won't interact with the medicine

As each person is different and each quit is different, that would be best answered by your doctor. They would be better able to tell you what you should use.

Ditto.  There are nicotine replacements (gum, patches, inhalers, etc) and medications (Welbutrin, Chantix).  You really need to check with doctor or pharmacist for that answer.

I'm using Nicoderm CQ patch with Nuvigil. But that's what I asked for so not sure if my dr would've given me something different if I'd asked. 

I assume she checked my drug interactions when she prescribed it.
