Im feeling pretty good so far just a bit more tired than before..exercise is still in the new routine, pleanty of water and healthier foods..but from what I have been told and have read is that in the beginning you become more fatigue because you're brain is like rewiring it's self..makes sense I always smoked it was a part of my everyday routine and now I have to get a hobby
Today is day 10 for me! So happy to find someone that is in about the same place on their journey! I'm a Fitbit wearer and I met my step goal everyday in the last week! One of the ways that I've chosen to stay busy! I'd love to have you as part of my support team! I promise to be there for you!
