I am not a huge fan of buffets because they lack personal attention, but my real job calls (pfffft), and it's time to start getting ready.  Several of us are around to help if it's needed over the next hour or so, and I am leaving you with some of the best southern breakfast items I could muster:

Pecan (that's pee-can, thank you) buns:
