Hello, I am feeling very confident about quitting with the support of this site. I am a 56 year of woman who loves the Lord and tired of offending my body. I know after 8 years of smoking... has stolen some of my youth..it ages our skin, and body..a defileing condition. I have 14 days to quit and look forward to receiving insight and support from this place. Thanks and God Bless
