I finally made it to where I was when I had to reset. This time is different I've stuck to my NOPE no matter what! Even during "angry" moments I can proudly say I used my tool box! It's 5pm and I just used my first piece of gum for the day. Im going to start tracking my gum so I could know how to wean. One of my daily triggers so far is sitting outside in the evenings I like to bring the kids and pups out when the sun calm down and usually that'll be my "break" the trigger is more so habit than crave so I use my gum then other than that I can honestly say I'm ROCKING my quit. One thing I've learned that we are in control of this thing change your mind and your thoughts would follow. Believe with everything in you that smoking is not a option and that you must find another way to get through. It's not always easy but it will get easier and it can be easier. It's always DOABLE! Remember a path without obstacles probably doesn't lead anywhere. Imagine the feeling of victory you get when you've accomplished a challenge compared to doing something easy think of your quit the same way! Kimberly
