Share your quitting journey
seems like ages since i have blogged, but since i made it to 100 days smokefree, figured i should send my thanks to all of the members here for making 100 days a possibility......it is because of all of you here....you all have been here during my worst craves, my sad moments, my happy moments, lonely times and happy times.....this is the single best thing i have ever done for myself.......after my decision to have children, of course...the craves come and go quickly now, not so much in the begining......i really do believe that when i was a smoker i had more craves, which led me to become a chain smoker.....the craves really aren't so bad anymore....i remember feeling blah, lifeless, and unmotivated, and that was when i smoked!!!! another important fact...just do it, don't play with it.....either stop smoking, or don't....and before i quit, i did not cut back either....i prepared for my quit physically, but did not deprive myself of smoking at all...has it been easy...hell no....has it been worth it...hell yeah...it is a freedom that is awesome......actually, it is MANY freedoms....come and join us...we will help, in any way we can....again, thank to each and everone of you.....i won't mention names because i don't want to leave someone out.......you are ALL amazing....THANKS
