Nicotine Monster

Hi today my quit went O.K but I feel realy Tired, I never felt like this, Like I have the flu or something but I realy dont. And now the NICOTINE MONSTER  is saying all I need is just one puff or one cigarette. I whanted to go for one of my long walks and he's telling me to walk by the 7-11 and buy a pack.  Its to cold for a walk. I have this book about short ghost stories that I will try to read and maybe fall a sleep, Hope this works. But that nocotine monster is realy a MONSTER.
