Hi There.  My name is Wendy and I am new here. I live in Sunny Sarasota Florida.

I am a single mother of a 14 year old daughter (Payton). I have a dog named Joy who is a German Shepherd - Lab mix. She is a work in progress  - kind of like myself. LOL.

My Quit Date is October 20th. So in one week and one day. 

I am very nervous, excited and fearful as the day approaches.  I just hate smoking. I am so tired of it.  I am preparing myself by making small changes now.  I am not smoking in my car and am trying my best to put off my normal smoke times during the day.

I know I will have to change my routine if I am going to be successful. Smoking is more of a habit for me than an enjoyment.

Any help or suggestions on how to prepare for my quit day is greatly appreciated.
