Nothing Will Do it For You

No matter what method you chose to quit, if you do not put in the work, it will not work. There is no aid or method that is going to do the work for you. YOU must do the homework by studying up on nicotine addiction or spending time on sites like this one learning. YOU must keep them away from your face by saying "I don't do that anymore" and getting through the cravings. YOU must do whatever it takes to succeed. The aids can HELP, but they will not do it for you. Don't expect miracles. Put in the work and the time to make yourself successful.

I quit smoking on March 26th, 2009. I smoked a pack a day for 25 years. I quit because I began having health issues in my early 40's. I had a TIA and a stroke a few years ago. I work as a home delivery salesperson.
