About Me:: I am 65 years old, I have gone from 2 packs a day, to seven. Need to quit, but I have to come off of them like this. Will do this for about 2 more weeks, then cut some more! Cannot take meds, or patch. My son is quitting with me, as he has just had open heart surgery. We can do this, am already breathing better!

I will put in a prayer for you both. This is possible. It does take an attitude change. I have some good reading material myself in the Words of Wisdom Group.

Hopefully you will find the daily pledge group as beneficial I do as it has helped me change and stay smoke free for over 4 years.
