About Me:
I have been a smoker for 35 years! I know i need to quit smoking because i see it affecting my health. I recently married the "man of my dreams", who is a non smoker and hates the smell of smoke, so i do not smoke around him. That is somewhat helpful and other times makes me smoke more. I have come to the point that the cigarettes taste bad, smells bad and i know i have to quit!! I have tried before a couple of times, and i wanted a cigarette sooooooooooooooo bad, that i went back to smoking. So, i know this is going to be very hard for me, so i will just have to try again, and hopefully with this support group i will make it this time.
