I have the most wonderful woman in my life and she hates the fact that I smoke. I want to quit smokeing for not only myself but for her and our future. I have been smokeing now for six years and I really am done they just taste nasty but yet I keep going back to them. I have a problem and want to solve it

today is my quit day and it's not easy. I have my beautiful girlfriend to help me but it still is hard. I am ready to start my life as a non smoker. Im happy with my decision to stop smokeing... If you are close to your quit date this is what I did to make my self stop smokeing. The brand I smoked was kools and so I smoked 305 regular full flavors and man it makes you want to quit if you smoke a cig that tastes nasty to you...
So good luck and you can quit...
