Day 26

Friday was the 1st hard day in awhile.. the weather was beautiful (finally, here in CT) and a couple friends from work asked me to go out for happy hour. I had been out for drinks a few times since I quit and the cravings weren't so bad so I was confident I would be ok. In CT you can't smoke in bars/restaurants, but since the weather was so nice we sat outside for the first time this spring. SO HARD.
