About Me:: Im 20 yr old college student who lives with 3 other girls and we all smoke. I am absolutely tired of it and ready to quit. I ve tried to quite several times before but seems like i just smoke more after a few days of clean lungs to compensate for all the cigs I've missed when I wasnt smoking. I am ready to quit and need help. Ive done the patch, the gum, clod turkey, you name it.

It almost feels like you can't have a conversation with them without smoking. I think I smoked more with my roomies than I did when I was alone. I guess I didn't want to be left out. I am in the cut back stage now. I am down to five a day for the past four days. My boyfriend is an ex and my only roomie now so it makes it a bit easier for me. I TOTALLY know what you're going through. I lived in the dorms in undergrad. with two of my best friends who smoked and our room was the smoking room. There were people in our room all day smoking cigarettes and it made it SO hard to quit. But stay strong...you CAN do it! Feel free to contact me if you need anything.
