I 'm 47yrs old. i have three grown children. i am a widow.
I have my own resident business name Anointed 2 create gift baskets.
I've been smoking now for 27yrs now. I have tried so many times to quit
smoking. i just lost my mother after mothers day this year and now it seems that I'm somking even more then i did. I really need the heip and the support

Hi Mary! You have come to the right place. This Sunday will be 4 weeks for me after 24 years. I NEVER tried to quit. It feels GREAT to become an EX. You have taken the first step. There are so many resources out there for us to quit, so use. The Government and the health industry wants us too! Sorry to hear about Mom. Hello Mary! I am happy to join you in your quit! If you don't have a plan, you should follow the Ex plan. Do whatever you have to do to quit. I smoked 35 years and thought that I could never quit. It is 4 weeks today that I haven't smoked. You can do it. All the best of luck to you! Keep me posted - I'd love to support you & get your support back.
