About Me:: I am having open heart surgrey on Monday. I will be in hospital 5-6 days. I do not want to pick up when I come out. I am a heavy smoker. 2-2 1/2 packs a day. I need support.

Eleven cigs. for 3 weeks, after that 10, for 3 weeks, and so on. Now, I am not saying this is the way for you, but my doc., is getting me off gradually, (just like the way they do other drugs). Please, don't do this without talking to your doctor first, because, I am not a doctor. I cannot use the help things. He first tried to put me on Wellbutrin, and it made me have anxiety attacks. So..., I am depending on the Lord, and giving this way of quitting my all.Remember, I can do nothing, but, with Christ all things are possible! Love, Jodie
