HELLO EVERYONE.I AM A 47 YR YOUNG WOMAN AND WHO HAS WANTED TO STOP SMOKING FOR THE LONGEST TIME THEN IT HAPPENED BY THE GRACE OF GOD ON APRIL THE 6TH I JUST DIDNT SMOKE THAT DAY AND THEN THE SAME THING WENT ON FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS SO I JUST WENT WITH THE FLOW SO FAR SO GOOD.

FALIURE IS NOT AN OPTION(DAY20)

Day 20 of not polluting my body.I wanna start off by saying yesterday for some reason was very hard for me i wanted a cigarette sooo bad but i fought it and i did not give in for failure is not an option here i have come to far. im too proud of my accomplishment imaging how i would have felt if i would have gave in i would have felt like SHIT thank god i did the right thing.
