Where are you???

I just wanted to stop in and see how things were going for you. Hope all is well!
All my best,

Talk soon, Dave
Day three. All Right! Nicotine will soon be out of your body. Now it's all a mind game. You like playing games???? Good. The Whisperer will drive you NUTS.
How did I do it? I kept saying NO to the Whisperer. Over and over and OVER again. Until I was blue in the face. Until my ass fell off. I never stopped saying NO. Even now, two years plus - later. I still have to sometimes remind myself to say NO. Because the Whisperer comes a'creeping in when you least expect it. Difference is, now - he hardly comes at all. And the NO is much much easier to say.
When will you be able to breathe as deeply as you did? Don't know. Depends on how much damage you might have done. Maybe never. Maybe with time. THERE'S an incentive to stay quit for ya!
My guess is - you can work on your breathing (as I did when I was learning speech as an actress) and increase your lung capacity even if you've diminished certain parts.
I told you your voice would come back real soon.
Stay with it. Once those cilia wake up and start cleaning the tars - you may end up a star at the Met! (And if you don't know what that means: American Idol)
