As my quit date creeps closer I am really noticing improvement in my cutting back. On Saturday morning I didn't have my first smoke until 10:30am... usually my first is around 6am. On Sunday I didn't have one or crave one until about 5pm. When I got a craving eariler in the afternoon, I popped in a workout video and I sweat until I didn't want to smoke anymore!!
I hope everyone out there who has a May quit date is doing well. Good luck, stay strong, and DON'T GIVE UP!!
