puff and then bum one cigarette and before I knew it I would buy just one pack and well that
would be the end of my quit. So it's really important to stay away from cigarettes until you are
strong enough to resist the cravings. Eventually the smoke smells obnoxious and that really
makes it easy not to smoke. Still, I realize that I am a nicotine addict. I come back to this site
to remember that and to help in some small way other people who are trying to quit. Isn't it
kind of hard quitting in Kentucky ? I know New Orleans has lots of smokers too, which is
where I quit. Now being up north It is a lot easier. The first two weeks are the hardest and
it does get easier slowly but surely, so keep up the good work. Be strong. Never a single
puff. Congratulations and good luck !
Thanks for the message!! How long have you been smoke free now???? I almost had a slip up today...out drinking all day but somehow I mangaed to stay strong. There were some scary moments!! Do you come back every once in a while to check the site out? Right now I need this place, it does help me. Thanks again for the message, it's refreshing to see a new face!!!!
