About Me:: Hi. I've tried to quit probably 30 times in the past 2 years. it's getting freakin ridiculous!! i cough all the time, it's very embarrasing! My kids hate that I smoke, my mom and grandparents hate it and I think I hate it even more than them!! I'm starting to gain weight and get lazy and I know my first step in getting in shape in quitting smoking. I think I want to do it cold turkey this time, though. I've used the patch a number of times in the past, and always went back. I want to do it on my own!!
