Day 3

Well, I am now on day 3 of not smoking. Surprisingly, it is not as tough as it was the last time I tried to quit.

I think the main difference is my personal resolve. I read the huge document over at whyquit.com and it really helped me to see how horrible this addiction is. It also helped me to see the excuses that I used to make as to why I was still smoking.

Well, no more! As a husband and a father, I only want the best for my family and I want to be there to see my children grow old. I don't want to be a slave to tobacco.
