HOUR TWO

I am going to try and quit through the use of patches, the inhaler, lozenges and writing. I am 28 years old, and a heavy smoker. (2pk/day) I had my first smoke @ 15. We used to sneak them @ school. later, that's all the writing I have time for now. I'll write on my next craving.

You can do this. Just make up your mind and when a craving hits you just always say NO - no matter what.
